- How do I open an account with Beehive? You would need to contact an account representative by dialing 318-255-0524 ext. 10 or you can click on the request account link.
- Where is the product shipped from and how long will it take? Our shipping department is located in Ruston, Louisiana. Orders are processed and shipped out of our facility via UPS within 2-5 business days (special shipping can be arranged).
- How do I pay for my order? We accept all major credit cards or you can choose to do COD. We also accept prepayments and extend terms under special circumstances.
- Do you offer special discounts? Yes, when ordering an individual item by the dozen, you will receive 10% off that item. We also offer special discounts for high volume orders. For more information, contact your account representative.
- What trade shows will you be exhibiting at this year? Please refer to our trade show page.
- What are your most popular items? Swap watch, flip flops, mini twist-a-bead, little bee, crazy daisy, and kid’s bracelets are our most popular items. We are always designing new lines with you in mind.
- When do you get new product lines? Our production team is always working on new product ideas. We have one or two new lines to introduce each market season but there are also times we have many more. This January we will be introducing four new lines.
- What do I do if I’m missing a piece or have a damaged item in my shipment? Call your in-house account representative and they will be able to assist you. For more information, click on customer service and then business terms.
- How should I display the Swap watch so my customers know how to wear it? A beautiful way to display our Swap watches is to put a horizontal bracelet bar beside the Swap spinner. You can attach 2-3 bands to a Swap face and put them on the bar to show the customer how the watch should be worn. A lot of customers will want to buy the pre-assembled watches off the bracelet bar! Another suggestion is to have your employees wear the swap watch with 3 bands. This will encourage multiple sales.
- How do the Twist-A-Beads work? You choose the necklaces you wish to use (3-5) and hold them together by the ends with the index finger of both hands. Pull the necklaces tight and simply twist both ends opposite directions. You can attach the two loops left (where your fingers were) with a twist clip once it is around your neck.
